Before returning any item, please reach out to us for guidance. We want you to adore your purchase! We do not offer returns; however, we will exchange an item.

If you need to exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (as per tracking) and ship the item back within 5 days after receiving return instructions. We will provide you with an address to return the item in our email. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Returns are typically refunded via store credit, with exceptions determined by our team. 

As a small business, we do not provide return labels-customers are responsible for return shipping costs. 

Once we process your return, we will issue a store credit for the items purchase price, including the standard shipping rate. Store credits are valid for 3 months from the issue date and can be used immediately.

Shipping Policy

My Mother's Closet utilizes USPS for most of our shipping needs (for large or heavy items we may utilize UPS). If you would like insurance or additional coverage’s, then you will be responsible for the additional amount.
